Welcome to Mukti PhysioCare. This is a physiotherapist owned and operated physiotherapy centre. We have been happily serving the community of Malda Town since January 2011. We are committed to providing the best possible care to improve our patients' quality of life through evidence based treatments while ensuring they can return to the best of their health by providing them the knowledge necessary to maintain throughout their lifetime. Physiotherapy is a treatment method that uses proven techniques (eg. exercise, adapted equipment, education) to help restore wellness to people affected with movement disorders resulting from pain, injury or disability. Physiotherapy treatment helps patients prevent or manage acute or chronic orthopaedic conditions such as neck pain, back pain, arthritis and amputations. Physiotherapy promotes movement and quality of life in patients who have had severe brain or spinal cord damage from trauma, or who suffer from neurological diseases such as stroke, Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis. We use a holistic approach by combining the best procedures and state of the art equipment including Kinesiology and Biomechanics for herniated discs and sciatica. This means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions needed for normal function. On your first visit, the physiotherapist will take a thorough history, biomechanical evaluation, then will suggest you a personalized exercise plan needed to return to normal functioning level. We also believe in educating our patient about his or her condition to create a more successful outcome.
